Tap Social Movement Ltd. — Banbury OX16
Company description
Tap Social is a craft brewery and hospitality social enterprise based in Oxfordshire. We create training and employment opportunities for ex-offenders by brewing criminally good beer and creating exciting and welcoming community spaces.
Job description
Bar Manager sought to lead up an exciting new hospitality offering in the centre of Banbury as part of a huge regeneration project. The new bar will be a satellite operation for Tap Social which is currently based largely in Oxford, and the new manager will be autonomous and responsible for presenting Tap Social in a new city, reporting directly into our senior management team. It will be the job of the new manager to make a success of this new opportunity by building a loyal customer base; ensuring that the inclusive, fun and vibrant atmosphere which characterises our venues in Oxford is carried over into this new venture; and seeing to it that customers leave happy and perhaps having learned a little about our craft beer and our social justice ethos.
