We opened Proof Social Bakehouse in August 2022. The bakery produces a range of sourdough breads, pastries, cakes, and more, and like our other venues provides employment for people currently serving and recently released from prison sentences.

Our head baker Paul joined us with more than 10 years of experience under his apron, including as a pastry development chef with Michelin star experience. His passion for baking combined with his enthusiasm for training makes him the perfect person to lead our team.
